Q.

my baby is 7 weeks old and he is mostly on formula. suddenly the pooping frequency has stopped from 2-3 a day to pooping once in a day or two days once. he struggles a lot to poop. infact he cries a lot while he is trying to poop. is it normal? pee is normal

A. this is quite common and formula fed babies There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
