my baby is 7 weeks old and he is mostly on formula. suddenly the pooping frequency has stopped from 2-3 a day to pooping once in a day or two days once. he struggles a lot to poop. infact he cries a lot while he is trying to poop. is it normal? pee is normal

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this is quite common and formula fed babies There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
