Q.
my baby is 7 months old,what are the food we will feed for her.Now we are feeding 1-2 times formula2 in night.Along with wheat apple cereal in 3_34 times and powder rice with dal boiled in carrots juice. Kindly suggest any other nutritional for her growth.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear Mom along with breastfeeding keep adding new food and variety and include mashed Khichdi over cooked rice light Dal stewed apple banana chikoo mashed potato sweet potato avocado and give two proper meals a day to the child
