In COMPLEMENTARY FEEDING start with two rules
Rule number 1 is that you have to give the food in the form which the child can swallow
Rule number 2 is that always give a new food for for 5 to 6 days to see whether the child is able to digest that food or not as well as it will help in creating the taste in the child.
you can gradually start all types of food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits. You have to start initially with less amount and gradually you can increase the amount .
Advisable to go for homemade food compared to outside food.
start all types of food gradually and do not give any type of milk which might be causing allergy and vomiting

A lot of kids are vomiting issues that this is this is due to stomach reflux gradually now it is going to settle down you can make your child sit with support and gradually you will see a change in that also I’d advise you didn’t go ahead with dal rice water for each khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits beauty you can go ahead with giving variety of Suji ragi oats and quinoa to the child good amount of dairy products and water
