my baby is 7 months old. Suggest me wt all can I feed her while she we take her outside . Some that I can prepare at home and carry along with me

A. you can carry fruits along with you and give it to baby by simply mashing it , and also can carry some boiled vegetables like carrots and puree it when baby wants to eat. coconut water , curd, formula milk, i recommend you to avoid the food which made in milk as it will spoil due to heat.
