my baby is 7 months old. she got fever last night and i have given her crocin syrup 1ml. her weight is 7.3 is the syrup measurement is right for her weight?

It will be a correct approach to get a clinical consultation done with your nearby doctor once before starting any kind of medicine or treatment for knowing about the proper indication,dosage of the medicine and dur:raation upto which it needs to given in a proper way. Self medication may be harmful and may not resolve the problem for a long time.
