my baby is 7 months old only weighs 6.9kgs this keeps me worried she is a active and reaching her milestones as of age what food to be given to increase weight

A. hello babies weight seems to be fine and nothing to worry and also give your baby healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits and ghee curds paneer butter also which can help in baby growth
