My baby is 7 months old old can I introduce her dates and sweet potato puree if yes how many dates can I give ??

One date you can use per day because that’s going to be enough you can use it to add sweetener and yes you can use the other thing also there is no problem with that inbox you can use all kind of dry food that you would want and you can use all these things regularly
