My baby is 7 months old can i give her chikoo milk shake ? and can i give her cow milk ?

as your child is 7 months old,yes you can offer chickoo or chickoo milkshake to your child.
but as it is better to offer external milk after one year age ,offer chickoo pulp only.
and as you are introducing it first time , offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not.
