Q.

Hi my baby is 6.5 months old. Can i cook her food in cow milk. N can i also give her banana shake in cow milk

A. Dear mum, you can cook your baby’s food in cow milk. Avoid giving milk shakes as it fills baby’s small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food. You should give milk and fruits separately.

A. Hi Mom, Cow's milk is not recommended for the babies under one year. you can give cow's milk after one year. Under one year, you can use breastmilk or formula milk. Instead of banana milk shake, you can give the banana puree. Thank you.
