my baby is 7 months old can I give egg to her

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, egg can be given to 7 months old baby, if other plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, cereal and pulses have been introduced. Give little amount of egg in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.

After eight months she can be given egg yolk
After a year she can be given egg white as well.
There are plenty alternatives of an egg kindly opt for.it.
start with the small quantity of it initially
take sunbath daily
