Q.

My baby is 7 months old and weight is 6.03 kg .. what should I do to increase his weight.. I am giving him breastfeed, Ragi porridge, wheat porridge and sometimes fruit purée like apple, pear, chickoo.. what more should I do to gain his weight ..

A. hello dear, 6 kg weight is not up to the mark weight for his age.. continue with providing semi solid food, u r offering add veggies, moong dal khichdi, suji porridge, curd, banana, chikoo, add ghee in his food. consult once with ur paediatrician.
