Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. definitely Oates are useful to relieve constipation you can giveConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

please avoid otas
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans and khichdi Vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
