My baby is 7 months now what should I feed him and how often should he be fed?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, at 7 months, you should feed food like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal and pulses, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer
You can introduce eggs.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.
Give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
