9You can give semi solid food like Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
FirdousGuardian of a 3 yr old girl2 years agoA. Salt and Sugar is not recommended till 1 year. For flavour you can use dates powder. You can give your child daal paani, khichdi, ragi halwa. anything which is smooth and easy to swallow.
