my baby is 7 month old, she sits without only for 2-3 minutes , she has anal fissure, is she having problem due to fissures, please answer

No this is not because of that. Every baby development cycle is different. Some babies cross milestones early and some takes time. Leave your baby more on floor because on flat surface baby is learnt to sit fast. And also massage your baby regularly it will give strength.
