My baby is 7 month old can I drink aloe Vera juice in morning. It is not will not effect my breast feeding

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! You can. Eat a well balanced healthy diet 3 to 4 times daily that is rich and protein and fibre. Keep yourself hydrated all day while you are breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care
