Q.

my baby is 7 month old and she is taking food only semi liquid form ( like puree ). if I give semi solid she started rejecting. moat of them telling if I give foodd like puree type baby weight wnt increase.. is it true ?? pls suggest how to introduce semi solid food.

A. Dear ma’am, make it slightly thicker in consistency. Over diluting the purées is not a good idea. Introduce one new food at a time and also don’t force feed. Continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding
