Q.

My baby is 7 month 26 days old and she has no teeth yet is it normal??? or need to worry?? Till 6 months, she was purely on my feed and thereafter taking some semi solid food with mother feed. Rest she is quite active and started crawling at 5 month age and now stands up with support. is late teething means any developmental issue???

A. it is totally fine and there is nothing to worry kids get their first tooth as late as 18 months also and it is normal. massage the gums with a moist clean cotton cloth and give silicone teethers to chew
