A. it is not advisable to use walker for children because many times the child may fall from it causing grievous injury. it does not help in any growth milestones of the child and many times can cause delay in the walking milestone of the child. the child doesn't learn to walk because the child feels that they have to move around in the walker itself so will not make an attempt to walk avoid using walker if possible. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also. if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles needed for sitting and crawling. in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walk with support and then without support. take a mfedical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.
