my baby is 7 month 14 days old,which food is good for him,i am using Esum and daal for fooding and similac milk.is it safe for him ?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it would be better to give child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also good to give homemade cerelac and also fruits and vegetables puree which will be HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS for the child and also include ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi etc
