Q.

my baby is 7 and a half months old. He has got 100.7 F fever but he is eating and drinking milk fine. after I gave him paracetamol now his fever is under control it is 98.6. Can it be because of teething or is it a cause of concern?

A. Hi yes teething causes low grade rise in body temperature..but if body temperature goes above 100.4 degrees then you should consult with your pediatrician and then give any medicine.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process
