Eat a bowl of oats and sabudana. Include garlic, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, drumsticks, green leafy vegetables in your diet. Ask your doctor whether you can take any herbal supplements to increase breast milk production. Along with solids, a baby at this age should have atleast 2 sessions of breast feeding per day.
