My baby is 6months old.when i have to introduce salt and sugar to baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 1 year of age.. ..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. and depress immunity. and sugar should be avoided as long as possible that would be good

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Sugar and salt are not required for babies under 1 year. The truth is, adding salt to baby's food may be dangerous. There can be many risk factors, if we include sugar and salt in infant's diet. Babies have a delicate system and salt may effect their kidneys.
