See You can if you want to use it but I’ll give you a very honest opinion it is always good to make your child sleep without a pillow as long as you can even if you can manage it till the age of 5 to 6 years of 10 to 12 years nothing like it it really makes the spine strong of a child and it’s always good and healthy in the long run
