Q.
my baby is 6months completed....she is having fever from day before yesterday night.....if we put calpal temperature will reduce...again after 6hrs temperature will be 99.2.....what to do

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he is having a fever upto 99.2 degrees then it’s not a fever and you should not give him any medicine

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatormy process in body so you can give pa kmracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
