my baby is 6months but preterm baby she is not taking milk since afternoon today I am worried is this normal

check if the baby is having digestive issue as gas colic indigestion constipation issue
as because of irritated
you can give himalaya bonnison drops..
give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area use colic roll on give tummy time..
