my baby is 6months 29weeks wt I can give her for eating

A. all fruits in form of juice of puree can be given. Apart from that porridges ( rice) and khichdi ( crushed and with consistency of puree) are also good options . Dal pani, Mung pani are also healthy for babies

A. You can give khichadi and porridge to the child regularly you can give Dal rice also I would recommend you that you should go ahead with giving all kind of fruits and vegetable to begin way because vegetables have to be steamed and food can be given how they are available in the nature
