my baby is 6month 4days old she is having cold and cough dr hs given clamp 1.5ml im givig from 2days bt nw she is having loose motion is it because of clamp and what should i give for loose motion

it is very common that after antibiotics loose motion can occur in children for which usually probiotics are advised by the doctors and you can give sachet sporolac once or twice daily and if it is still not improving then meet your doctor
