Let your baby sleep with any of his comfortable position.No need to worry for that positions.Dont change baby's position forcefully if baby is sleeping comfortably with this position.

No if your child knows how to change the sides of the face and flip over then there is no problem in fact sleeping on the tummy has a very comfortable position for child so thereโs no problem if your child is comfortable there is no breathing hassle the child is comfortable now then thereโs no problem
