My baby is 6 week old and he is not passing stool from last 2-3 days and feels like he is in pain while passing gas. He is on combination of breast (80% times) and formula feed. What can be done?

A. Massage tummy in clockwise direction around the navel and also apply hing paste around navel and if still no improvement then give bonnisan drops to the baby take care and stay safe
