My baby is 6 Plus month old. she is litle bit vomiting once in a day since 3 to 4 days. I m in doubt she is having cold . but she has not runny nose . can any one guide me regarding me .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 weeks agoA. Without checking your child I cannot confirm on anything you’ll have to have an assessment with your doctor for the issue that you are facing and after examining the child physically only they can come to know with this genuinely some problem or not
