my baby is 6 months old, what can I give solid food to her? please suggest

You can give them now semi.solid and mashed consistency foods , were in you can include foods from.varied food groups as such,
such as steamed vegetables , soups , kichidi, ragi , suji porridge , fruits, home made cerelac , curds etc
