my baby is 6 months old. tiny pimples in face and body.

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Keep the baby clean and hygienic as these could be due to the weather conditions or heat maybe. wash clean dry the area gently and apply some coconut oil on the affected area a couple of times a day. keep the baby well hydrated
