My baby is 6 months old. Started giving him solids. Planning to give oats. Which type of oats is gud? can I giv him plain instant oats?

Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello Oats is a whole grain that takes digests slow so it is best to start when baby starts crawling you can give any instant oats like Quaker, Saffola kelloggs add vegetables fruits nuts to it for making it healthy
