As your child child completes the age of six months you start giving Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables Pure you can give Khichdi and Dalia more and little liquid consistency to semisolid consistency then you can give varieties that you can prepare out of ragi Suji and oats you can add salt and spices into the food you can replace sugar with jaggery and dates and also you can use butter and Desi ghee and the food and feed your child in the sitting position -3/4 reclining position but never in sleeping position
