Q.

My baby is 6 months old, I started cerelac yesterday, she had severe vomiting after having it, this is not the first time after having new food she is having vomitings, what should I do and what precautions do I need to take next time when I introduce new food?

A. hello mom when weaning foods are introduces always start with liquid conisistency and as they get used to it you can gradually move to semi soilds and mashed consistency always start with one food at a time and start with small quantities say a few tsp and as they used to it you can increase the quantity and variety and number of meals
