Q.

My baby is 6 months old. I have started solids with her + I breasfeed her. I also give her water to drink but the stool she passes is very hard and cries bitterly while passing motion. How can I help her?

A. Infant commonly become constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly.. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give few sips of water after giving solids.
