Q.
my baby is 6 months old,he is having cold and cough since last 5 days,we are taking medication as advised by doctor.Still he needs to recover,my in-laws are saying not to give even body bath to baby.Is it ok if the baby takes bath only to body?or will it increases cold and cough?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. follow your doctor's guidelines Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
