My baby is 6 months old he didn't roll over ...when I give tummy time he breaths hard... he had 3mm vsd is this a reason... for his nor rolling over ..his weight is 6 kg

No it is not because of that rollover can happen any time between the age of 3 to 9 months so just have patience it has got no connection with your child having VSD but if your child is facing any kind of a breathing hassle then it’s important for you to get an evaluation done with the doctor
