my baby is 6 months old and now feed less and play more he doesn't sleep well too

they may get easily distracted
exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
feed in calm environment without distraction
if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then do not worry
