my baby is 6 months old and I have started wearing with nestum rice. but my baby's stool is too tight. what else can I give to my baby as alternative other than banana?

A. hello make sure to give child water well after u have given any solids and also include fibre tich food in the diet n can give papaya which can help child get releif from constipation
