Q.

my baby is 6 months old and he is on breast milk. I have a thyroid problem I just want to know if thyroid affects breast milk supply. my baby doesn't latch much so i pump my milk and feed him. now my milk production is decreasing. so i am very much worried that if my thyroid problem is making my milk supply low. if yes please do suggest me something to increase milk production as I want to feed my baby my milk.

A. Thyroid has got no connection with you breastfeeding the child or the quantity of breastfeeding that you are meeting so please do not go get confused about it if you are facing a problem of low production and you can take more of liquid into diet and start taking Shatavari powder three times in the day
