Q.

my baby is 6 months old and he got UTI.our doctor has proscribed taxim-o drops 1.2ml bid and disodium hydrogen citrate syrup 2.5 ml tid.can I give disodium hydrogen citrate syrup direct or do I need to to mix with water.how much water do I need to add for 2.5 ml dose.

A. You need to check with your doctor or else follow the instructions mentioned on the leaflet which you get with the bottle so give it accordingly and maintain good hygiene and always wash baby from front to backn
