Q.

my baby is 6 months 27 days old, he is having blood in his stool. what should I do? Nowadays I am giving him raggi twice a day, apple and all.

A. hi...When there is a slight tear in the inner mucous lining of the baby’s anus, is may cause bleeding. Babies who suffer from diarrhea are more likely to be affected by this condition as the sensitive mucous lining gets affected. Constipation makes the baby pass hard, pellet-shaped stools. The anal passage and surrounding muscles are stretched beyond capacity and this is why you could see blood in the stool. Try to include fibrous food in babies diet give mashed banana, peach, plum .
