best is... visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment if required

usually it is normal
in breastfed babies,it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk.
so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
make changes in your diet as it might be reaction to the food which you ate.
in formulafed baby ,it is caused by iron supplements of formula.
so don't worry
but if your child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
