my baby is 6 months 15days old.1 week back we went to another village.from last 4days he suffering from loose motions, and today he got cold and watering from eyes. whats the reason and what precautions should be taken

Watery eyes can be due to cold I feel or mostly babies are often born with a duct that is not fully open, and so you lay see watery eyes, and usually it will get alright on its own. Just massage on the top of nose that is in between eyes. Keep monitoring and see doctor.
