Teething can lead to a lot of drooling sometimes that can lead to an allergy around the mouth of the child the rashes appear and all so if it is that kind of an allergy then you can use Boroline antiseptic cream or calamine lotion but if it is something else and you may need to be more sure about it please get it examined with the Dr
