my baby is 6 month old. what should be the quantity of food I need to feed him? in diet plan 1/2 cup 2 to 3 time a day mentioned, 1/2 cup mean how much ml?

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear ma’am, if you are introducing solids for the first time start with 2-3 tablespoons. Allow the baby to decide when to eat and how much to eat. Introduce one new food at a time.
