ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom the baby can be given liquid and semi solid consistency foods to them you can alternate it with your feed , start one food at a time.
foods such as steamed vegetables & soups, fresh fruit juices, puree, porridge made with suji , ragi , multigrain mix , also kichidi, curds , ghee
