A. Hi, Apply coconut oil only and don't use any soap on skin. May be the soap etc you are using, is not suiting to the baby. Apply aloe vera gel on body to get relief from it. Use comfortable clothes to baby. Start giving semi-solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
